Sorry - we are still having damp problems

We apologise for the delay in opening the Heritage Centre.  We had a flood through the ceiling a few weeks ago, and following the heavy rainfall during the last few months, the damp is now coming through the wall.  We hope to have more news for you soon.

Bedworth on Holiday

Before the days of jetting off to the sunshine in the Med, people in Bedworth went off to the sun in Blackpool, Skegness or a Butlins holiday camp.  Bedworth Rotary organised holidays  over  50,000 holidays in B&B guest homes in Blackpool.  Some people just enjoyed a day trip on Paynes Coaches.  We have photos of it all!

On display will be excerpts from about 100 letters sent back to Bedworth by a local lad, Tom Harrison, who was killed in 1918, aged 21.

Snap Shots of Wartime Bedworth
